• Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. The tour starts promptly on time and we can not contact the guide or interrupt the tour once in progress. Tour route varies so after the 15 minute introduction at the starting point we do not know the location of the tour for you to join if you arrive late.
Please make every effort to consult maps and allot extra driving time to account for possible traffic delays. There is often heavy traffic going to the beach after 12pm Friday-Sunday and holidays
• Tour continues rain or sunshine. Passing showers or storms can occur and is regular June- November. Normally rain does not last more than 15-30 minutes. Please make sure you bring adequate rain clothes and gear.

You will primarily walk outside throughout South Beach between 10th and 15th streets. The tour steps inside a few buildings to point out Art Deco and modern design and decor and other highlights. For private group tours, the tour can begin and end anywhere within the Art Deco district.
